This high-waisted mini skirt is made out of sheer white stretch mesh fabric. You can wear it over leggings or wear it under a shorter skirt for a unique look.

♦LENGTH: 17 to 19 inches (larger sizes are longer than smaller sizes)  
♦FABRIC TYPE: Mesh fabric is 90% nylon, 10% spandex.
♦FEATURES: Thin elastic folded inside waistband and hem

The size chart shows body measurements. The actual skirt will be slightly smaller than your waist and hips and stretch to fit.
